“Rematch?” Vala asked, spinning the basketball on the tip of her forefinger. “Muscles and I will be glad to ‘school you’ again.”
Daniel let out a deliberately false-sound laugh. “You only won last time because you cheated.”
“And,” Cam chimed in, “Sam’s agreed to ref this time, so there will be NO cheating.”
“That’s what YOU think,” Vala replied, winking. “Skins versus Shirts? Muscles and I are Skins.” And with that, she tossed the ball at Cam and reached for the hem of her tank top.
“Wait!” Daniel yelped, practically tearing off his sleeveless tee. “CAM and are Skins… you aren’t even wearing a bra.”
Vala glanced down at herself, and flicked her gaze upward. A sly smile covered her face as Cam followed his teammate’s example and stripped naked to the waist. “If you insist,” she answered, giving them both another once-over.
Strolling across the court to where Sam stood, she held out her left hand and demanded, “Pay the lady.”
Sam grinned, not taking her eyes of Cam and Daniel’s naked chests as she withdrew a bill from her pocket and slapped it into Vala’s waiting hand. “Best twenty bucks I ever spent.”
“Skins vs. Shirts” or “Can’t Buy a Basket” or “It’s a Game of Inches”? LOL
Cam knows when brawny bald thugs are thinking naughty thoughts.
